I’ve been working on this year on getting back on track to eating healthier and making sure I get all my vitamins, minerals and good stuff. My biggest struggle is the afternoon slump, there is where I start snacking on the bad stuff! So I am working on changing my habits and have started making smoothies as an afternoon snack.
This smoothie is packed with minerals and vitamins by using a healthy protein mix. The pineapple gives it a great sweet taste, this is going to be perfect poolside in the summer!
This healthy pina colada one has to be one of my favorites! It’s summer in a glass and super simple to make.

Pina Colada Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- ½ cup Coconut Milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein mix (I used Wildtree's meal Shake)
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
- ¼ cup Yogurt (I used a coconut milk-based one)
Instructions
- Put all the items in a blender and mix until smooth
