Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein mix (I used Wildtree's meal Shake)
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt (I used a coconut milk-based one)
