The holidays can be as rough and stressful as they are wonderful. Here are some tips on different essential oils you can use to help you through the holidays. Check out the video below for a few of my favorite essential oils for the holidays.

Thieves – This is a great blend of oils that will help support your immune system. According to folklore it got its name from bandits who used to cover themselves in these oils and then rob the people that had died from the plague. By using these oils they warded off the plague. Thieves is great for diffusing (especially after you have large gatherings to chase out the germs), if you don’t like the smell you can put it on the bottoms of your feet.
Lavender – Use this along with epsom salt for a great de-stressing bath. Lavender is not only great for relaxing but it’s also great for your skin. It is also great to make some home-made gifts.
Lemon – Lemon is great for detoxing! Place just one or two drops in your water every day. Perfect for diffusing to create an uplifting atmosphere.
DiGize – Great for digestion help this time of year.
Peppermint – This one is also great for digestion. You can take it in capsules or rub it on your tummy.
R.C. – Great for respiratory support.
Essentialzymes -4 – Another great one for digestion support.
