I'm Jen

I know what it feels like to sit across from a doctor who hands you a diagnosis and very little else. No roadmap. No real answers. Just a list of foods to avoid and a prescription you're not sure you want. When EoE turned my world upside down, I decided to figure out a different way — and it changed everything.

Now I help people with EoE (eosinophilic esophagitis) navigate the elimination diet, reduce inflammation naturally, and actually feel hopeful about food again. I'm not a doctor — I'm someone who's lived this and found a way through it. Everything I share here is rooted in real life, not a textbook.
