Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure mint extract
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a blender, combine almond milk, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, and mint extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill: Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well to chill the drink.
